How Will My Items Be Shipped?
Orders are ALWAYS mailed to you discreetly. This means we don't include any branding on our packaging and the invoice will state "VSW" instead of Venus Sexual Wellness.
All orders have a processing time of 2-3 days. Orders won't be shipped on a Sunday or Public Holiday.
Domestic regular orders have a $10 shipping fee and will take 3-7 days to be delivered*
Domestic regular orders over $65 will receive free shipping!
Domestic express orders have an $18.50 shipping fee and will take 1-2 days to be delivered depending on the delivery location.
International orders have a $20 shipping fee. Delivery time will vary depending on the delivery location and customs process. We estimate that most parcels arrive within 1-3 weeks.
*Delivery times can vary if there is a disruption with the mail service
VSW delivers discreetly to these countries from our studio in South Australia:
Australia, New Zealand, Canada, England, Japan, United States & Singapore.
*If you order products to be delivered to one of these international countries you may be subject to customs or taxes applied by that particular country.
*If an order is placed from a country that is not included on the above list, the order will be cancelled and refunded.
How Do I Return An Item?
We have a 14 days returns policy!
If your product is faulty or damaged we will replace it for an identical product or one of the same value.
We cannot refund a product if you change your mind.
What We’ll Need
Send us an email at email@example.com with these details:
Full name and phone number and original invoice if possible, order number, reason why you’re returning the product, how you would like the issue resolved.
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 working days. (The time it takes for the money to reach your account may vary between different banks)
Only originally priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

My Item Is Faulty/Damaged, What Can I Do?
If a product you have bought with us isn’t working or is damaged, follow our statement above regarding returns.
When we receive your product, it will be tested and assessed to determine what is wrong with it. It will then either be sent to the manufacturer to be fixed, we will either send a replacement or a refund of the purchase.
